Solution:-

Step 1: https://alcreadiness.mkcl.org/softwares

Step 2: Click on MKCL ERA Live or ERA 2.0, Desktop Browser button

Step 3: Select the ERA Live or ERA 2.0 version as per your system configuration

Step 4: Then click on Click Here to download MKCL’s ERA Live Browser.

Step 5: After completion of downloading, open it and click on Run as administrator & install it.
