Error showing Evidence Storage while opening ERA Explorer.

Solution:

1) Go to the below path

Path:- C:\Users\Admin\eraexplorer\config

2) Rename config file as old_config or Delete

3) Open the ERA Explorer and select path again

If the issue is not resolved then generate the ticket on solar. after that technical team will set the Environmental variable path.

For this issue,

Step1: Go to Computer Properties. Click on the Change Setting option.

Step2: Click on Advanced Tab. Then Click on Environment variables.

Step3: Double Click on the system variable path. Set the following system variable path in the variable value’s window. Then Click ok. 

(%SystemRoot%\system32;%SystemRoot%;%SystemRoot%\System32\Wbem;%SYSTEMROOT%\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\;%SYSTEMROOT%\System32\OpenSSH\)

Step4: After these steps restart the browser.
