Solution: For ALC Mode
Step1: Check ERA Server and ERA Explorer versions are updated or not.
Step2: Copy learner code.
Step3: Go to LF Login click on the management button and click on the single learner download button paste the learner code after successful learner download. Do learner login in ERA Explorer through ID and password given in solar. The issue will get solved.
OR
Step1. Check the learner login Id password and learning mode in the solar.
Step2: Take the learner login id and password from the solar. (ALC Mode)
Step3. If the same error then, Go to LF login.
Step4: Click On management tab.
Step5: Click on change learner password.
Step6: Search the respective learner with learner code.
Step7: Reset the password.
Step8: Old password is the same as the username. Enter a new password.
The issue will get solved.
Solution: For ERA Live Mode
1. Take the learner login ID and password from the solar.
2. Check the space in the letter (If there is an extra space then remove it).
The issue will get solved.
If the issue persists, please generate the SOLAR ticket with the following details.
