For ERA LIVE 2.0, admission must be processed using SOLAR 3.0 (solarnx.mkcl.org). In this version of SOLAR, there are two available modes: Offline and Online.
1.1 Offline Mode:
If the learner selects the offline mode, the following requirements must be met for learning:
An updated version of the ERA LIVE 2.0 Browser (V.24.9.1) must be installed.
The server IP must be selected.
The relevant course content must be available on the server machine.
An active internet connection is required.
Note: In offline mode, learners cannot start their learning session without the server IP.
1.2 Online Mode:
If the learner selects the online mode, the following requirements must be met for learning:
An updated version of the ERA LIVE 2.0 Browser (V.24.9.1) must be installed.
An active internet connection is required.
Note: Online mode learners can start learning with or without selecting the server IP. However, if they select the server IP, content will not stream online; it must be available on the server machine. If the learner selects the IP address 0.0.0.0, the content will stream online, and a stable internet connection is mandatory.
