not able to install ERA explorer

I have try to install the ERA explorer at my system but the below issues is appear, please check below screenshot of issue and guide us for the same.

Make sure you are using a Windows operating system that's version 10 or above. If the problem persists on a version above 10, please create a SOLAR ticket and include a screenshot of the issue.
