Solution:
Step1: Check windows firewall and antivirus should be off.
Step2: Check the Internet connection.
Step3: Check the System configuration.
(Go to the computer properties and check the required configuration)
Step4: Go to the Solar login and check the Worm details are approved or not.
Step5: If the worm details are approved then verify the MAC address using the following steps:
1. Go to Command Prompt(CMD)
2. Type (ipconfig or ipconfig /all)
3. There you will get the Physical address of the machine.
4. Cross-check if the MAC address and Physical address are the same or not.
5. If the both Addresses are different then contact the Regional Manager to Surrender the worm details and retransfer the new details.
6. After that you can activate the server.
