Based on the issue description, the problem is that the marks for Section II - Challenges Or IPT are not increasing. For this course, the passing head codes are attached to sessions 15, 30, 45, and 60. To increase the marks, the learner needs to complete the course with the maximum possible score. Once this is done, the marks will be updated.
