Solution:-

Step 1: https://alcreadiness.mkcl.org/softwares

Step 2: Click on MKCL ERA Live, Desktop Browser button

Step 3: Then click on the "ERA Live Desktop Browser" folder

Step 4: Select the ERA Live version as per your system configuration

Step 5: Then click on Click Here to download MKCL’s ERA Live Browser.

Step 6: Then download the Software according to your system (64-bit or 32-bit).

Step 7: After completion of downloading open it and click on Run as administrator & install it.
