"#" marks showing on SOLAR for learner learning from mobile based course.

Question

The learner marks are not getting reflected in SOLAR. Only "#" is visible in place of marks. Kindly help.

The screenshot is attached for a reference regarding marks visible on the mobile application.

The "#" symbol appears because the learner has not paid the second installment.
Kindly request the respective ALC to pay the remaining fee so that the learner's progress can be seen on SOLAR as well.

Note: Always check if the MKCL ERA app is updated from the Google play store.
