Solution:-

1. Go to your Taskbar -> Locate the Connection icon -> Right-click on it.
2. Go to Network & Internet settings -> Select Change adapter options.
3. Locate your connection -> Right-click on it and open Properties.
4.  untick Internet protocol version IPV 6
5. Click OK to confirm your settings.
before that ERA server should be close
