Step1: Firstly, check ERA Server an updated version is present or not. If not then update it.

Step2: Go to the below folder path 

Path: C:\ERA\metabase\ro

Step3: There will be Download and Web Folder present

Step4: Rename that folder as old (exp. old_downloads , old_web)

Step5: Restart the ERA server 

Then check this issue will get resolved. If the issue persists then generate the SOLAR ticket.
