Solution:
Step 1: Check the system Firewall, Antivirus and IPV6 are disabled
Step 2: Check the internet connectivity
Step 3: Set the standard system date and time (time zone)
Step4: Close the ERA server
Step5: Go to ‘C’ drive
Step6: Click on the ‘ERA’ folder
Step7: Rename the Metabase folder as (metabase_old)
Step8: Restart the ERA server and do the activation.
Then check issue will get resolved.
