Solution:
Step1: Go to Solar login to check if the learner has paid the second installment or not.
Step2: If the learner has paid the second installment, check the paid installment date and send it to ERA date.
Step3: After payment confirmation, transfer the learner to ERA
Step4: Do the health check. (2times)
Step5: Check learner login if the learner has allocated two course cards or not. Select the correct course card and resume the learning.
