Dear Sir/Ma'am,

Important Steps for ERA Activation:

  1. WORM Approval – Ensure the system is uploaded and approved from WORM.
  2. Minimum Admission – At least one admission is required for ERA activation.
  3. Use MKCL ERA EXE – Always install and use MKCL ERA EXE, not any other version.
  4. Stable Internet – The system should be connected to a stable internet connection.
  5. Disable Firewall – If possible, turn off the firewall (Steps for Windows 10 & 11 are shared below).
  6. Disable IPv6 – Make sure IP Version 6 (IPv6) is turned off (Steps for Windows 10 & 11 are shared below)

Steps to Turn Off Windows Firewall:

  1. Press Windows + R, type control, and press Enter to open the Control Panel.
  2. Click on System and Security > Windows Defender Firewall.
  3. In the left panel, click Turn Windows Defender Firewall on or off.
  4. Select Turn off Windows Defender Firewall (not recommended) for both Private and Public networks.
  5. Click OK to save changes.

Steps to Disable IPv6:

  1. Press Windows + R, type ncpa.cpl, and press Enter to open Network Connections.
  2. Right-click on your active network (Wi-Fi or Ethernet) and select Properties.
  3. Scroll down and uncheck Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6).
  4. Click OK and restart your computer to apply changes.
