Some nodes are not Getting Green while complete video timing .

Greeting

We are facing issue realeted with node timing ....nodes are taking more time than given time to convert it in to Green

also there is no any video find in to Homework Node

Solution:
 

1. Log out the learner.
2. Disable the firewall/antivirus as well as IPv6 (IPv6 is present in Open network and internet setting option).
3. Do cache clear of ERA folders and system files. With following steps (press windows + R, enter %appdata%, and delete or rename the ERA explorer folder)
4. Do the learner login
5. Go to the learner Homepage
6. You can find the refresh (LVRD) button on the top right-hand side of the screen
7. Click on the refresh (LVRD) button multiple times.
