ERA Explorer is getting close when I start it

Era browser is getting closed as i started it without showing any message and error. everything is connected propelry, webcam, speaker etc

FIX for ERA Explorer EC Issues

This will help you to resolve below issues,
1.If explorer doesn't start
2.If it shows white screen at the start
3.If it shuts down unexpectedly

Please download and run this utility with Administrator privileges:

64 bit: ERAExplorerRepairUtility(64bit).exe

32 bit: ERAExplorerRepairUtility(32bit).exe

Run the executable on all machines where you find problems starting ERA Explorer

there is no antivirus in computer, and firewall is also turned of still the probleme is not solved
