after opening era explorer problem of ffmpeg.exe file error displayed on the screen [closed]

after opening era explorer the era explorer problem display error as follows

windows cannot find C:\\programme file\erabrowser\\resources\\ffmpeg.exe' make sure that you type the name correctly and then try again

Respective Technician plz look at issue Because I find such issue one more ALC , but there is no any Disturbs find in learning but not identify why this ? and what this types of error.

Hello sir,

Please follow below steps:

1. Uninstall current ERA Explorer

2. Disable your firewall and antivirus

3. Install latest ERA Explorer setup and start it.

4. Enable antivirus and add ffmpeg.exe, ERABuddy.exe to exception list if antivirus gives alert.

The above error is caused if your firewall or antivirus blocks the ERA Explorer supporting files. In above case, the antivirus has deleted the ffmpeg.exe file which is required by ERA Explorer for optimizing storage. Please disable the antivirus and try again.

   Please uninstall the ERA Explorer and download the latest ERA explorer from the following link and while installing ERA Explorer run it As Administrator, then check the issue will get resolved.
