KLiC-English issues in Score & Reference Material of Learner

Question

Learner Name:ABHISHEK VIRENDRA SINGH having Learner Code:247911611704202 is enrolled in KLiC-English Course for Jan-2018 batch.

However, even after Level 1 had been completed by the Learner, all the activities and all 10 Take a Challenges are
done but his scores are showing 0 (zero).

Moreover, in Level 2 of English Language Learning, there are 2 option in which Learner selected FOOD option because in Level 1 he has selected same option but at the point of Activity(L+S) using Voice Note 2 (Do It Yourself) it ask for Reference Material which is not given neither gets downloaded automatically, not even by using “Content Check and Download button”.

We checked by selecting Home, Surrounding option also but at the point of Activity(L+S) using Voice Note 2 (Do It Yourself) it ask for Reference Material which is not given neither gets downloaded automatically, not even by using “Content Check and Download button”.

We tried Health Check and also tried to Load Content through LF login especially Reference Material of KLiC-English November 2017 course but it showed Partially Downloaded.

Kindly note the above and do the needful  for smooth conducting.

KLiC English Ref. Material available with LLC/SBU.  Please copy from concern LLC/SBU.

Already have all Reference Material copied through Hard Disk given by LLC and copied into Reference material folder of content path. Also, copied into ERAImpFiles folder under refmaterial. But still showing "Reference Material Not Available, Kindly contact your Administrator to Load Content."

आपल्याकडे असलेले क्लिक इंग्लिश रेफरन्स मटेरीयल Extract करा, त्यामधील सर्व .zip फाईल्स (उदा. RM_2_2.zip अशा प्रकारच्या फाईल्स) कॉपी करून ज्या ठिकाणी इराचे कंटेंट आहेत, तिथेच ERAImpFiles नावाचा फोल्डर आहे. त्यामध्ये dl\rc\resources\refmaterial पेस्ट करा.
