MSCIT ERA 2018 - Reference Material not found

Question

Some candidates are facing issue of Reference Material is not available from last 2 days. Before it was working.

Randomly some student face this issue in random session. Due to this issue students will loose there marks.

Check the issue as early as possible

The above process is already done. Still the same issue is facing.

1)Go to solar and use to send to klic beta era option for this learner.
2) Go to LF and use health check options
3) use content check
4)go to report -select course-select batch- generate report.
5) check issue resolved or not.

Tried But issue is Same. Send learners to KLiC Beta version from Solar,then did Health Check & Content Check, but issue is Still same.
