सध्या तात्पुरते तुम्ही त्या Frame (Node) ला जितका वेळ दिला असेल (1.20) तितक्या वेळ वाट बघा मग ते green होईल व आपण पुढची node attempt  करू शकतो.

सदर issue हा content related आहे आपण process प्रमाणे health check , Content check करून load content हा पर्याय वापरा आणि course update करा अन्येथा मी वरील दर्शविलेला तात्पुरता उपाय अवलंबा.

Dear Sir,

Please use content Check and Download option available in Learner Login as well as LF Login in Classrom and then Clear ERA Browser Chashe then Check.

if not resolved then click on Content information icon. it will show you content location go to location (e.g. your content path\content\63\3002\362841\) and rename old files in that folder and then use content Check and Download option.

Two option for this problem

First:

i) On Client machine Internet on

ii) Select topics (Click on frame)

ii) From Right bottom corner click on  content Check and Download option.

iV) Continue next learning

Second :

i) Select frame whose shows blank screen

ii) Wait Frame Time

iii) Frame convert orange to green
