When will Final Online Exam Practice (Complete Syllabus) in ERA 2018 for MS-CIT start?

The Final Online Exam Practice (Complete Syllabus) for MS-CIT in session 50 is not opening. When will be it start?

Also Why should not increasing the number of attempts for Session End Test for every session in MS-CIT?
