I have not activated the New ERA2018 on any of the machine, evenif the following message is appearing while activating ERA2018 :

Era for your center is already activated on some other computer. please upload the data from ERA and surrender activation for SOLAR, and then try activating on this computer.

Please solve the problem

Dear Sir,

This message has appeared only because you have already activated ERA on another machine earlier,

So in order to change the ERA activation on another machine, 

You need send a request with the valid reason for changing activation to your respective RM via mail.

Once your RM approved reactivation, you will able to re-activate ERA again.

Sir,

Check if you are installing ERA 2018 on same machine having ERA 2017. This problem might be causing because of that.

In Solar Go To NETWORK -> REPORTS-> CENTER INFORMATION-> SURRENDER ERA 2018

then check .
