on server machine era explorer screen will blank white

Dear Sir,

Please download and run this utility with Administrator privileges:

64 bit: ERAExplorerRepairUtility(64bit).exe

32 bit: ERAExplorerRepairUtility(32bit).exe

Run the executable on all machines where you find problems starting ERA Explorer.

check RAM utilization.

Pls,  Uninstall the ERA Explorer and Reinstall it having same No of BIT as of OS of Server machine. That is if OS of server is 64 BIT then ERA Explorer is also of 64 BIT.
