ERA Reactivation "Fail to Generate File, Please Try again"

I unfortunately format the PC on which ERA 2018 was already installed. Then I upload same server machine using worm on solar and mark as a SERVER and trying to activate ERA, but while clicking on activate button it shows the message "Fail to Generate File, Please Try again". Also I surrender the first ERA.

Pl give a solution......

We are working on this issue, please check on Monday. If your are satisfied with solution provided above, please select status as 'close' ticket else select status as 'reopen'.
