One learner has completed 37. But session from 6 To 20 were displayed as incomplete in orange color. I have generated ticket from solar. ERA Support team have converted these sessions in green color. But learners has not got marks for these sessions. ERA Support team tried several times but they couldn't resolve internal score issue. I have performed health and content check and recalculated marks from both LF Login and Learner login but same issue persist. Please provide solution for this....
