Please follow the following steps to solve marks related Issue
1. Logout from the app
2. Open the 'Settings' app on your Android smartphone device.
3. Tap the 'Storage' option to open the window.
4. After tapping on 'Storage', if your phone runs Android Oreo or above, you will have to open the 'App Manager' window option.
5. Now tap the 'Other Apps' section to see a list of your installed apps.
6. Then, tap on the MKCL ERA application to clear the data and tap its listing.
7. Tap the 'Clear Storage' button and it will clear the data.
8. Login again. The issue will be resolved.
Note: Always check if the Application is updated before performing the above steps.
