ERA issue Model answers missing in AO file.(Online mode)

whenever i am going to solve any question i am facing issue in ERA.messege shown as "AO file missinng"

The changes in the course are made to resolve the issue, please Perform "sync data" using learner login on ERA Explorer and the issue will get resolved.
If the issue persists, then generate the solar ticket with a screenshot.
