SPL MS-OFFICE QUESTION NOT RECORDED BY ERA EXPLORER

Question

While solving Self Path Learning my student got problem with MS-Office application questions after submitting Answer ERA Explorer Gives Message "Your answer step not recorded by the ERA Explorer. Please try again or contact the administrator" my issue is pending from last month. If any one have any solution please suggest me. Thank you
