Learner login failure..

Question

One of our learners (Code: 260245981801211)could not login. Every time, candidate tries to login, "Failed to read learner allocation file" message is displayed.

We reinstalled ERA Explorer but problem is persistent. Even changing the machine doesn't help.

Kindly guide us.

Dear Sir;

This may need re-transfer that student from Solar to ERA. Someone from MKCL office will call you tomorrow. Hope your mobile number is correct in your profile.

Sent to klik beta era from solar, use health check future from lf , generate report once again.use change password future from lf and login with credentials.
