session test problem of session no. 2

Dear Sir,

Some of my learners (3 till now) having problem in session test of session no 2. They completed take a challenges of part B. As they click on session test, it show directly result 0/70. Even they not apear for that. They miss 0.5 marks. Something goes wrong. Please guide me to correct it. Otherwise students will loss their mars.

Try Re compute Marks feature from student's login.

 You can find Re compute button  on Course Home page; In Marks Tiles

After login click on "Go To Course Button" -- In 'Total Internal Marks' and 'Sessions Completed Count' box right side bottom corner redo type button.
