ERA 2018 MS-CIT Session No 9,12 Reference Material Not Getting Openned in Session End Test

Question

I tried health check & content check & then Management Load Content it shows content up to date. Then I manually downloaded the content mkclreff.zip & extracted and copied in D:\ERAImpFiles\dl\rc\resources\refmaterial. There are fifty files in this folder. I opened student logins and checked for session test question but reference material issue not resolved. Please provide solution ASAP.

I did the same as instructions in LF it took time verify and showed Content Up To Date but in Learner Login the reference material is not available

Sir I just observed that you are using old ERA installer version i.e. 18.1.42 and latest is 18.1.44

Kindly update to new one & retry all steps given in blog

How to download reference material for MS-CIT course from outside LF login (Offline) ?

This blog will help you if reference material doesnt get download from load content menu from LF login, as mentioned in this blog (http://erablog.mkcl.org/how-to-download-reference-material-in-era-2018/)

First Step:

1. Download reference material from below given link,
   http://emacdndo.mkcl.org/r/others/downloads/mkclreff.zip

2. Extract downloaded zip folder

1. Copy all zip files

1. Go to your ERAImpFiles. This folder is created at "content path" level.
   For e.g. If your content path is D:/ then ERAImpFiles will be at D:/ERAImpFiles
   Inside that follow below given path, and paste all copied zip files
