
Solution:
 
- Log out the learner.
 - Disable the firewall/antivirus as well as IPv6 (IPv6 is present in Open network and internet setting option).
 - Do cache clear of ERA folders and system files. With following steps (press windows + R, enter %appdata%, and delete or rename the ERA explorer folder)
 - Do the learner login
 - Go to the learner Homepage
 - You can find the refresh (LVRD) button on the top right-hand side of the screen
 - Click on the refresh (LVRD) button multiple times.
