Many of the centers are facing the issue while taking the ERA final exam, we are try to take exam in many of the client system.

Please follow the below steps to resolved this issue

Make Sure the Camera and Microphone are connected and working while taking EXAM in ERA.

Step-by-Step Solution

Allow Microphone Access in Windows Settings

Press Win + I to open Settings.

Navigate to: Privacy & security > Microphone

Turn On:

- Microphone access

- Let apps access your microphone

- Let desktop apps access your microphone

This is required as the ERA Exam Client may need microphone and screen-sharing permissions to function properly.

Allow Camera Access in Windows Settings

  1. Press Win + I to open Settings.

  2. Navigate to:
    Privacy & security > Camera

  3. Turn On the following options:

    • Camera access

    • Let apps access your camera

    • Let desktop apps access your camera
