लर्नर लोगिन इशू [closed]

Question

एका विद्यार्थ्याचे लॉगीन केले तसेच त्याचे शेषन पूर्ण पण झाले व logout केले,त्यानंत त्या संगनकावर्ती दुसरा विद्यार्थ्याचे लॉगीन केले असता आधीच्या  विद्यार्थ्याचे लॉगीन येत आहे

Try to Reset password for one of the students.

Dear Sir,

This issue was there in older ERA Installer Version.

As we discussed on telephone, currently you are using older ERA Installer Version. New version is 18.2.10. Kindly restart your ERA installer twice, it will upgrade issue.

When you login use new login tab for login then student will able to login ..some times student close explorer directly without using logout options.
U can use change password future from LF management tab. Reset password help with user id or Learner's id. Then check with fresh credentials of learner.
