MS-CIT ERA 2018 Session 13 TAC 121 cann't display

I have check Health and Content check four times Successfully.

Also I Install Abobe Flash from ERA LMS download successfully

But But TAC 121 can't display only Blank Screen appear

Pls Sir

Dear Sir,

Please use content Check and Download option available in Learner Login as well as LF Login in Classrom and then Clear ERA Browser Chashe then Check.

if not resolved then click on Content information icon. it will show you content location go to location (your content path\content\63\3002\362841\) and rename old files in that folder and then use content Check and Download option.

At Bottom Right Corner Click On Content Check and Download Option, Content download online

Dear Sir,

Download Content

or Use Content check and download option from learner login which is present at the bottom of screen(task bar of explorer) in Arrow Shape Green Color . you can use it for particular node downloading.
