ERA cmd get update in v18.02.21 but ERA browser & Explorer showing v18.02.19 [closed]

ERA cmd get update in v18.02.21 but ERA browser & Explorer showing v18.02.19 and day is not start we try for update it more time but still not get resolve. i have followed all the process but problem still same

Dear Sir,

Please remove cookies and history and click on refresh button on era explorer or browser.

We already try it also reinstall chrome but still problem not solve

there is no required reinstall chrome. the ERA server is updated means 18.02.21 then only open era browser then click on refresh button. if you have possible to you please give team viewer through 4.0.
