UNABLE TO VISIT NEXT FRAME IN KLIC TALLY 2018 [closed]

My students are learning tally through era 2018 but when they visit "Accounting Voucher" frame, that frame changes in "Green Colour" means student has completed the frame but still software doesn't all the user to visit the next frame. it only tells to visit previous sequential node in inventory - > purchase voucher entry 1....what to do?

Go to Inventory and attempt purchase voucher Entry.

or Type purchase voucher Entry in search box and attempt node till completed your issue will be resolve.
