ERA Browser getting hang when Start Finalcial Accounting Course

Question

Dear Sir,

We have notice that while learning KLiC Financial Accounting with Tally Course in New ERA getting hang, other courses are working smoothly on same server as well as client. We have Test Advance Excel and Hardware Course content on same ERA Server.

Please look into this and guide.

Dear Sir,

I do not think New ERA server will hung. I think may be "ERA Explorer" is getting slow.

Follow below steps to find it out.

1. Start Learning KLiC Financial Accounting

2. When it hungs - Open LF login from another machine

3. if LF login is working fine; then I think "ERA Explorer" is slow.

i have check the same, other courses working fine but KLIC Tally Learners reported the issue. i had login with KLIC Tally Learner and Check but only KLiC Tally Course getting hang. other course and LF Login working smoothly. also notice that while uploading data server exe is restarting. all learners logged out. please check the same
