KLiC Tally mini project content not download directly on client online so what i do?

I update server content near about 10 times. But problem is not slove

But sir out of  nine students of January 2018 batch one student not eligible for final exam. LLC gives the mini project not completed reason.

Dear Sir mini project is not compulsory node there is no any relation it with final exam .....check whether this learner complete there all compulsory node (TAC, Assignment 5,10,15,20,25) or not?

Yes sir i know it, this student completed all TAC, All assignment like other students. But her hall ticket not generated on solar. I mail to LLC they replied as above.So i worried. My Number is 9860507997
