KLiC exam Admin Login issue...

Question

While trying to login as an Administrator on KLiC exam site, 'User Does Not Exists' message is displayed. Tried older passwords also but no use.

Alternatively, tried to Reset the admin password from the link provided on the page but 'ALC Code is invalid !!! Please enter valid ALC Code and try again' message is displayed even after entering the correct current credentials.

Thus, couldn't login as Admin on KLiC exam site.

Kindly, suggest a solution for resetting the Admin password in this scenario.

Dear career adviser,
You have not need to use admin login just go to candidate login and use login and password from solar.

Why wouldn't I need Admin login?? I need admin login to check Students' exam status (Appeared/ Not Appeared), Course-wise list of students, Result of particular candidate etc. Expecting to use this Admin login as good as local OES admin login.
So it would be much appreciated if we could login as Administrator

This facility is not available in oes but you can check it from solar login in student report exam report.
