oops your user id & password is incorrect please retry

I activated the era server 2018 on my server machine. activated successful. then i enter the user id & password lf say "Oops your user id & password mismatch. please retry." please solution this problem

please check your center code. you entered S is capital not small.

also if you change recently SOLAR password please try both passwords.
