While Era login every time I get this message "Cannot access microphone. Please disable your antivirus firewall and try again."

Later on clicking Skip Wizard Login page comes but DO IT YOURSELF does not start.

Please help

Dear Sir/Madam

For this issue, First, check the ERA Explorer and ERA Server an updated version is present or not. If not then update it from the below link(http://eralms.mkcl.org/)

Close the Firewall and IPversion6 (IPversion6 is present in Network and Sharing Center option in the control panel) disable the antivirus and net-protector.

 In case of any query kindly raise the support ticket for the same.
