Solution from (yusuf z fakhri) belongs to LLC buldhana:-

I have also the same issue while installing Bizclient in windows 10 64bit, error showing "Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0' provider is not registered on the local machine" follow the below step: download & Install below file.
