While starting Homedemy ERA explorer, "ERA Server failed to start. Do you want to retry?" message appears?

While performing ERA Learner Login, a window appears showing ERA server failed to start, due to which the learner is not able to login.

1.sir please check wether if all the data and files of era application are present on your computer try not delete any of it

2. run both the server and era application on compatability mode.

3. try restarting your computer

The same problem occured with me while completing my course. some time the above methods were not useful as there was a problem with the mkcl's central server i hope the problwm might be solved quickly
