Facing session expired error after ERA login

Question

While learner login, I am unable to resume learning and an error message appears stating session expired.

Answer 1

1. Get the Learner Code from the LF login
2. Copy the first eight digits of the Learner code.
3. Go to the following folder path
C:\ERA\metabase\lc\cc_learners\learnercode\courseactivity
I.e. I say. C:\ERA\metabase\lc\cc_16210018\learners\29345678\courseactivity
In the courseactivity folder, you will see some files created called ~38JSO files, if you have found this file, select the JSO files, cut it and paste it on desktop.
4. Now, the login learner problem will be resolved.
