I am same issue please even after downloading software from ERALMS attached link of the image [closed]

ERA Explorer keep searching for Evidence Storage its not opening I am stucked at this please help me asap its very urgent

For such cases:
Do the cache clear of ERA by taking action (Windows+R button  type
            %appdata%  delete ERA explorer and ERA related files) do the cache
            Clear of System by taking action (Windows+R button type %temp%
             Delete all files it will skip the files which are running on a current
              Basis)
Go to Task manager see if you find the ERA buddy file then do the end
             Task.
