Few ALCs reported to us regarding flash content related issues while accessing content and solving TAC.
To resolve the flash issue, kindly perform below steps :
Solution For @Home mode:
Step1:- Firstly, uninstall the existing ERA Explorer from your machine
Step2:- Download and install the ERA Explorer (20.5.1) from the below link

Step3:- Open command prompt (Windows+R) type UAC and press enter
Step4:- Set your UAC settings to Never Notify
Now do the learner login and check
Solution For @Online mode:
