Problem in ERA-2018 activation after Surrender

Question

Dear SIr,

I have surrendered ERA-2018 from solar but even after that when i am trying to activate on new client machine it shows error with message that Era-2018 is already activated for my center.

Please solve the issue.

Also do this surrender process need to approved from RM?
