Solution: -
(Note: Before solving any issue check that the ERA server and Browser/Explorer version is updated or not.)
Step1: Disable Antivirus and Firewall.
Step2: Check the Internet connection.
Step3: Clear ERA explorer cache.(using following steps)
(Press windows+ R, press %appdata%, press enter and delete the ERA explorer folder. Press windows+ R, press %temp% and delete the all cache)
Step4: Go to the below path: C/: ERA/metabase/ro In “ro” folder you will see web and download folders, rename it as (download_old and web_old)
Step4: Restart the ERA server and do the Health check and content check through LF login with a good Internet.
Step5: Do learner log-in your issue will get solved.
