Solution:
1. Download MKCL OES Software from: https://alcreadiness.mkcl.org/softwares
2. Change Desktop/Laptop date to any date of the year 2021. ( For example 15 September 2021)
3. Open the downloaded Installer and Install the software.
4. Activate the OES by opening this link in Chrome/Firefox browser: http://servername:2020/OES/
5. Once the activation is completed, you can update present date in the Desktop/Laptop.
